Single component, very low viscosity polyurethane injection resin for soil stabilization
DESCRIPTION:
Stabisoil 1K is a single-component, solvent-free, very low viscosity polyurethane, ideal for soil stabilization. Thanks to its extremely low viscosity, the resin will penetrate the finest sand. In reaction with water, it creates a very stiff polyurethane, which gives a hydrophobic and chemically resistant conglomerate with the soil (well-saturated sand layers). High compressive strength is achieved in a very short time without shrinking and swelling.
APPLICATION:
– Strengthening and stabilizing the soil
– Filling large voids in cracks, rock crevices and gravel layers in wet and dry conditions
– Micropiles made of soil and resin conglomerate
STABISOIL 1K
It is an efficient product packed in a 25-kilogram plastic canister, which guarantees tight storage. Stabisoil is used for strengthening and stabilizing the ground , and thanks to its very low viscosity, it is suitable even for deep penetration - it can penetrate the smallest dusty sands. It can also fill large voids in cracks and crevices, and is also used in pre-injection of tunnel drilling, providing sealing and consolidation. It can also be used for anchoring in dry and wet conditions or for curtain injection .
Stabisol 1K is a brown liquid, which consists of a solvent-free polyurethane resin , which reacts with water. As a result of its action, it turns into a polyurethane of high rigidity, giving a chemically resistant conglomerate with the soil. The reaction time can be adjusted using a catalyst, which can be combined with the resin in a ratio of 0.5 to 2%. When using the product, a single-component manual, electric or pneumatic pump can be used. The stabilizer does not shrink, does not swell and quickly achieves high compressive strength.

Stabisoil 1K is susceptible to the effects of temperature and moisture, so it should be stored in appropriate conditions. The temperature in the storage room should not exceed 30 degrees Celsius or fall below 10 degrees. After opening, the product should be protected from absorbing moisture.
