STABILTRAK 101 is a cutting-edge, two-component polyurethane adhesive designed to stabilize and reinforce railway embankments and ballast. Engineered for high mechanical performance, it ensures durable bonding of crushed stone, aggregates, and substructures — even under dry or slightly damp conditions. Its low viscosity and excellent substrate penetration allow for precise application and long-lasting results in challenging environments.

Storage & Handling

  • Store in dry areas between +15°C to +25°C

  • Do not store below +5°C

  • Use opened containers within 24 hours

  • Ensure components are well mixed before use
