Stabiltrak 102
Two-Component, High-Strength Polyurethane Adhesive System
Stabiltrak 102 is a fast-reactive, two-component polyurethane injection resin engineered for the stabilization and reinforcement of railway embankments and water-bearing soils. Designed to bond aggregates and ballast materials in dry to moderately moist conditions, this low-viscosity adhesive offers excellent substrate penetration, rapid setting time, and high strength. Its semi-rigid foam structure ensures lasting consolidation even under hydrostatic pressure, making it ideal for both preventive and emergency ground reinforcement applications.
Key Applications
Bonding and stabilization of railway ballast
Subgrade and substructure reinforcement
Consolidation of aggregates and rock formations
Point repair of railway foundations
Sealing of water-bearing strata and tunnel walls under pressure
Product Advantages
Low viscosity for excellent substrate penetration
Fast-reactive formula with adjustable curing time
High mechanical strength with compressive strength ≥ 55 MPa
Semi-rigid foam structure with closed-cell technology
Hydrophobic reaction when in contact with water
Flame-retardant, low-flammability composition
Environmentally stable and safe in application

Storage & Shelf Life
Store in dry, ventilated conditions between +10 °C and +25 °C. Under proper conditions, the product remains usable for up to 12 months. Avoid exposure to temperatures below +5 °C. Once opened, use the contents within 24 hours.
Application Guidelines
Mix components A and B in a 1:1 volume ratio using a dual-component injection system with a static mixer.
Apply using a spray lance; dry conditions are preferred, though mild moisture is acceptable.
Upon contact with moisture, the resin reacts to form a rigid-foam polyurethane.
Ensure materials and surfaces are between +6 °C and +45 °C during application.
Maintain ambient temperature at least 3 °C above dew point with relative humidity below 85%.
