TWO-COMPONENT
NON-FOAMING FAST-REACTIVE POLYURETHANE
INJECTION RESIN
Solvent-free two-component polyurethane resin for binding crushed stone, strengthening the substrate, stabilizing and sealing soils
DESCRIPTION:
Stabiltrak 102 is a two-component polyurethane stabilizing and sealing system created by mixing components A and B in a 1:1 volume ratio.
APPLICATION:
– Bonding of railway ballast
– Stabilization of track bed
– Bonding of stone components and aggregates
– Point repair of track bed
– Low viscosity system, good penetration of small rock mass cracks
– Excellent adhesion, soil cohesion quickly restored at high humidity.
– Immediate sealing against water under hydrostatic pressure of water-bearing zones, shaft walls, water dams
STABILIZATION OF RAILWAY INFRASTRUCTURE SUBSTRATES
Stabilization of railway infrastructure substrates, including ballast, requires fast and reliable technical solutions. One way to limit material movement, stabilize the ground and seal it is to use the two-component injection resin Stabiltrak 102.
It perfectly glues railway ballast and bonds together stone material and aggregates. In the event of gaps in the track bed, it allows for its point repair. Stabiltrak 102 injection resin is distinguished by good penetration of small rock mass cracks and low viscosity of the finished product. Thanks to its high adhesion, it quickly restores its cohesion.
The short curing time allows the product to be used underwater, even under conditions of high hydrostatic pressure occurring in water tanks or shafts. It should be noted that Stabiltrak from Cover Technologies is characterized by low flammability and the possibility of regulating the time needed for curing.
Two-component non-foaming fast-reactive polyurethane injection resin is ready for use after mixing components A and B in a volume ratio of 1:1. A two-way suction-pressure pump with a static mixer and lance allows for precise spraying onto the embankment. It is important that its substrate is dry at the time of application. In case of contact with moisture, the resin may change into a hard, elastic foam with closed pores, which is a normal phenomenon. This does not interfere in any way with the process of ballast binding and sealing the substrate. The gluing and stabilization of railway ballast protects railway tracks against acts of vandalism and facilitates the maintenance and cleaning of platforms, stops and tunnels.
It is important to quickly and tightly close the packaging after the application of the product is finished. An already opened resin package should be used immediately within 24 hours. The temperature of the material and the substrate that will be sprayed should not exceed -6 degrees and 45 degrees. All work related to Stabiltrak 102 resin should be performed by qualified teams of specialists.
